To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules. Non-compliance will result in additional charges and/or termination of the rental agreement without refund.

1. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Occupancy

• Maximum number of guests: 6
• No unregistered guests are allowed. Please send your Identification Cards before arrival.

3. Noise and Neighbors

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Be considerate of neighbors and avoid excessive noise at all times.

4. Cleanliness

• Please keep the property clean and tidy.
• Dispose of garbage in the designated bins.

5. Smoking and Drinking

• No smoking inside the property.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Strictly no consumption of alcohol anywhere inside the premises due to society rules.

6. Locking Doors and Windows

• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

7. Use of Appliances

• Follow the instructions provided for using appliances.
• Turn off appliances when not in use.

8. Energy Conservation

• Please turn off lights, heating, and cooling when not in use.

9. Pets

• Pets are not allowed.

10. Damage

• Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

11. Decor and Furniture

• Do not rearrange furniture or decor.

12. Parking

• Use designated parking areas only.

13. Parties and Events

• No parties or events allowed.

14. Use of Outdoor Areas

• Keep outdoor areas clean and dispose of waste properly.

15. Compliance

• Local Laws and Regulations: Comply with all local laws and regulations during your stay.
• Violation of Rules: Violation of house rules may result in additional charges and/or termination of the rental agreement without refund.
